You can make your own reusable sanding blocks. Use a scrap of 3/4″ plywood to cut six blocks, one for each sandpaper grit you need. You want them to measure about two and half inches by four and a half. Apply spray adhesive to both the blocks and the cork tiles. Apply the cork to the block and use a utility knife to cut the cork flush with the block. Spray the back of a sheet of sandpaper with adhesive and adhere the cork side of the block to it. Trim your sandpaper so that it is even with the corks and label each block appropriately.
